A Small Exhibition of my Lino Prints in a Local Restaurant

Below displays a collection of my lino prints that are currently being exhibited in the Cornichon Restaurant (@cornichonfood on Insta) in Tarvin, Chester. Some of them include motifs used in my wallpaper designs, such as the dying flower prints taken from the Wilting Wallpaper Instillation being shown in my degree show. Seeing these prints in such a setting has brought a new excitement to my practice, as I aim to put on more exhibitions like this in the future, and so I am starting to really thing about how and why I want my work to be perceived in a certain way. The eclectic and vintage interior of the restaurant works really well with the rich colours and imperfect textures of my prints and so they fit right in with their surroundings!
